Recreational/ Beginner Sessions
Age 5-11years
Our recreational sessions are open to all children, no experience required. Children work through our award scheme, learning the basic skills on the trampolines.
Session times are:
Tuesday: 5:30-6:30/7:30pm (Pocklington)
Wednesday: 5:30-7pm (Pocklington)
Friday: 5:30-7pm (Market Weighton)
Saturday: 10-11/12pm (Market Weighton)
Session cost:
1 hour = £7.00
1.5 hours = £10.00
2 hours = £12.00

Squad/ Competition Sessions
Squad Members Only
Our squad sessions are open to all members wishing to compete, children will be asked to attend. Children work through routines and more advanced skills required for competition, as well as preparing for the more difficult skills through physical conditioning during each session.
Session times are:
Monday: 7-9pm (Pocklington)
Wednesday: 7-9pm (Pocklington)
Session cost:
2 hours = £12.00
Tots Trampoline Session
Age 2-5 years
A specific session for children under the age of 5!
Children learn the fundamentals to trampolining, as well as having access to soft play and equipment to further develop their balance and coordination.
Session time:
Saturday 9-9:45am (Market Weighton)

DMT Session
Age 5-11 years
Our DMT sessions are open to all members willing to try the additional discipline!
Children will learn the fundamentals of DMT through to advanced skills transferred from the trampoline.
Session times are:
Saturday: From 10am (Market Weighton)
